According to reports, rapper Tay-K (real name Taymor McIntyre) could be tried as an adult in his capital murder case over the killing of a 23-year-old photographer at a San Antonio Chick-Fil-A. This is unrelated to McIntyre's case where he was sentenced 55-years for his role in the murder of a 21-year-old man during a home invasion.

The Forth Worth Star-Telegram reports that the prosecution is seeking to have Tay-K tried as an adult. The rapper was 16 at the time of the San Antonio shooting but the Bexar County prosecutors are looking to have him certified to stand trial as an adult.
