Out of the 11 co-defendants in Tekashi 6ix9ine's racketeering case, nine of them have pled guilty. There are two co-defendants left, Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack, and Ellison's lawyer, Deveraux Cannick, told reporters that he's "going to trial." Tekashi's team had hoped that all of the co-defendants would plead out, leading the trial to collapse, but this doesn't seem like it will happen.

Ellison is accused of kidnapping and robbing Tekashi last July, but Cannick wants 6ix9ine's legal team to prove that he carried out the crime. Cannick explained, "The only motive he has [for going to trial]: if Tekashi's the one making the accusation, he wants to say, prove it. Tekashi has mastered the art of marketing, trolling, and, for lack of a better word, fabricating."

He added, "Did he say [Ellison was involved in Nine Tr3y Bloods] when he first came to the world? No, he didn't. The only thing that they're going after Ellison on is the so-called robbery and kidnapping of Tekashi."
