Lawyer Jay-Z Hired for 21 Savage's ICE Case Joins Tekashi's Defense Team

Alex Spiro, the attorney Jay-Z hired for 21 Savage's ICE case, has joined Tekashi 6ix9ine's defense team, according to XXL. The announcement was made in Manhattan's Thurgood Marshall Courthouse on Tuesday (July 9). Spiro joins Lance Lazzaro, Dawn Florio and Emma Maya Greenwood in representing Tekashi. 

Out of the 11 co-defendants in the case, nine have pled not guilty. Tekashi 6ix9ine's federal racketeering case is set to go to trial on Sept. 4.
