According to NOPD News, NOPD Seventh District shared a photo of the person who allegedly shot Kyyngg, and the image is of the rapper's brother. The report claims that Kyyngg punched the suspect in the face, and he retaliated by pulling out a gun and shooting the rapper. The suspect then fled the scene.
This comes after reports that Kyyngg was shot in an attempted robbery, which he addressed from his hospital bed. On Monday (June 24), he posted a video after being released from the hospital.

Previously, rapper Kyyngg updated fans on his status after being shot. The rapper showed his wounds and addressed what really happened in the situation, noting that he had people around him that shouldn't have been there in the first place. Now, the rapper can be seen walking out of the hospital in much better spirits, even going as far as dancing. Watch above.

Rumors recently surfaced that Louisiana rapper Kyyngg was shot in what was an alleged attempted robbery. Now, the rapper has taken to Instagram to address the situation from his hospital bed, and even went as far as revealing some of the wounds he suffered from the incident. Take a look above.
