LaVar Ball has been banned from all ESPN platforms after making comments to Molly Qerim that the network deemed inappropriate. An ESPN spokesperson told The Athletic's Richard Deitsch that they have "no plans moving forward" of having Ball on any of their programs.

This comes after an interview on First Take where Ball was asked about his son Lonzo being traded from the Lakers to the Pelicans. During the interview, Qerim asked Ball if she could "switch gears with you because I have a question here." Ball then responded, "You can switch gears with me anytime," which many took as inappropriate.

A representative for Ball addressed his comments, telling TMZ that it was "at NO time intended or meant to be sexual in nature."
