According to a report that surfaced, Juelz Santana and Kimbella are facing a lawsuit after a condominium association alleged that the couple owes over $17,000 in back fees.
In 2005, Juelz purchased the property they owe on for $540,000 but has allegedly been struggling with the payments. Since then, the couple were hit with a breach of contract lawsuit by the Courts of Glenpointe Condominium Association, who noted they owe $17,303 in past due fees that stem from $1,041 per month. The association is looking to get all the money for the late fees along with their legal fees covered.
