Byron Christianoudis, 48, was arrested after allegedly attacking his elderly landlord and roommate. According to police, Christianoudis viciously attacked the man because he was approached about taking too many showers. After an initial verbal exchanged occurred, Christianoudis placed the 70-year-old man in a headlock and began scratching him causing a laceration.
Christianoudis admitted to the assault but told authorities that he was the one who felt threatened. He was charged with battery of a person over the age of 65.
