Baltimore singer Chad Focus, real name Chad Arrington, is facing 20 years in prison for using a company credit card to make over $4.1 million in unauthorized purchases, many related to his music career.

Arrington, whose hit "Dance with Me" landed on the Billboard charts and got a T-Pain remix, used a company-issued American Express card from an unnamed company he was working for to rack up millions in expenses. An indictment reveals that Arrington used the card to purchase audio equipment, artificially increase streams on various services, buy followers and views for his social media platforms, promote his music, and purchase billboards around the country.

Arrington, along with two other employees at the company, is accused of falsifying credit card statements sent to the company, along with falsifying his supervisor's signature to approve the purchases. The balance was paid off by the company.
