Former NBA champion Lamar Odom is set to release his tell-all memoir this week, but aside from the headline-worthy anecdotes he provides like the sex with 2,000 women, or using a prosthetic penis to pass a drug test, Odom opened up about how Khloe Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner treated his family during his time in the hospital.
According to Odom, his then-wife and mother-in-law were extremely hostile toward his family while he recovered from his near-death brothel episode. Odom said that “I had cousins and childhood friends waiting for hours who got bumped out of line by my famous sisters-in-law," adding "Obviously, I had no idea what was going on. This was Khloe’s call, and she had never even met most of my family.”
One of Odom's family members, aunt Ja'Nean, got into a screaming match with Kris Jenner while visiting. He wrote, “When JaNean left my room, she went to the waiting area on the other side of the glass partition and took an open seat: the very seat Kris Jenner had been sitting in for hours, [...] "When Kris got back from the restroom, she approached JaNean. ‘That’s my seat,’ said Kris." Then Khloe stepped in to kick JaNean out of the waiting room."
JaNean even went as far as to yell “Y'all not his family!” intermixed with "[t]he ‘f**k yous’ and ‘b****es’ were flying in every direction.”
