Previously, news surfaced that there was an ongoing custody battle between Tanisha Foster (the mother Nipsey’s 10-year-old daughter Emani) and Nipsey’s family. Since then, it was noted that Nipsey’s family would be keeping custody of the young girl. Now, Foster has been ordered to re-enroll in a DUI class after reportedly blowing off the classes in the past.
Along with that, a judge is looking to revoke Foster’s probation for a 2017 DUI. Foster’s probation violation hearing was set for July 2018.
