For the past four years, the NBA Finals have been determined by LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. This year marks the first year in both James's and the Warriors respective runs that they won't face off in the championship and it has some of the players feeling a way about it. Draymond Green spoke about not playing against LeBron for the first time in five years and told reporters, "It's just weird," adding "More as a basketball fan than anything: 'Damn, Bron not there. It's super weird. You always relish the opportunity to play against a talent like that."

Draymond continued on to say "It's just weird to look over there to know that you're going to play someone completely different, [...] It's kind of a mindf**k." Green is clearly going to miss the challenge of facing LeBron on the biggest stage just like the commissioner Adam Silver who admitted recently that viewing numbers have suffered from LeBron's absence on the east coast, in general, and not watching him in the playoffs, more specifically.
