Update: 50 Cent on Tony Robbins Using N-Word, "I Know Oprah Not Cool w/ This"

It's been a bad week for self-help guru Tony Robbins, as only days after it was revealed that he's being investigated for sexual misconduct with fans and staffers, he was also outed for repeatedly using racial slurs during a video from the 1980s. 

Despite how profanely offensive the video was, Robbins' attorney issued a statement that dismissed the idea that anything was wrong with it, stating: "The presentation was positive and was accepted in the context in which it was conducted: a passionate discussion about racism and how to rise above it, any suggestion that Mr. Robbins is somehow racist or insensitive to the African-American community is absurd and false." From there, the attorney also felt compelled to note that "one of Mr. Robbins' event partners for 25-plus years is an African-American."

Nonetheless, 50 Cent doesn't appear to be convinced by Robbins' attempt at damage control, taking to IG to address him directly by asking "@tonyrobbins what the f*** kinda point were you trying to prove. 😠I know @oprah is not cool with this s***."

It should be noted that Robbins has done live speaking engagements with Oprah and has appeared on her SuperSoul Sunday television series.

Famous self-help coach Tony Robbins was filmed repeatedly using racial slurs during a presentation in the 1980s, which was recently unearthed by Buzzfeed News. During the video, Robbins was explaining an "intense" interaction with a "militant black" audience during an event, where he spoke about taking offense to racial matters. 

He stated, "As long as someone calls you a n***er and gets that kind of response I’ve seen right now, where you’re ready to explode, and what you've done is given that person absolute control of you. You have no control in your life. You are still a slave." Robbins later instructed the audience to "just do what I do just for a minute if you really want to be free and if you want to have some fun. He then started singing, "I’m a n***er, you’re a n***er, be a n***er too.”
