Billionaire Robert F. Smith announced that he to a crowd of newly minted "Morehouse Men" that they wouldn't have to go into the world tied down by student loans. Smith promised to pay for the students' outstanding loans which could amount to $40 million. The Vista Equity executive shouldn't miss that much considering that he has amassed a $5 billion fortune. To put it in context, that $40 million doesn't even account for 1 percent of Smith's overall wealth.
