Snapchat recently released a new gender-swapping filter, which sparked controversy online after many people pointed out that it could lead to serious catfishing situations. The filter has also seen some men creating female Tinder profiles for fun, and some have seen responses from interested men.
One man named Tyler, who made a tinder profile with the filter, wrote on Twitter, "I made a Tinder using the new Snapchat filter to see what would happen, and these are the f*cking messages I got. I feel for you women everywhere if this is what your inboxes actually look like."
