Update 05/13/2019 10:17pm:

According to TMZ, Kodak Black was arrested before his set at Rolling Loud because feds claim that he gave false information on two applications for firearms in January and March this year.

Kodak reportedly falsified information about not under an indictment or information about a crime where he could face jail time of over a year. The Florida rapper is currently embroiled in a criminal case where he's accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2016. The trial for that case has currently been postponed.

Kodak is expected to be in court on Wednesday (May 15).

Update 05/12/2019 12:25pm:

It was a wild Saturday night (May 11) at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami, as in addition to Lil Wayne canceling his performance after refusing to be checked by security, Kodak Black was arrested for state and federal firearm charges only moments before he was set to perform.

Kodak's arrest came after an "extensive investigation" led by the US Marshals with help from the Miami-Dade police and federal agents from the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and is his second arrest in as many months following the gun and drug charges he received at the US/Canadian border in April.

WSVN reporter, Brian Entin, documented Kodak's arrest on Twitter as it happened, complete with a photo of his arrest once he arrived at the Federal Detention Center in Miami.
