According to reports, the R. Kelly victims hotline that was initially set up by Kim Foxx to be a lifeline for women that were allegedly abused by the R&B singer has turned into something else entirely. There have been several women phoning the hotline to talk about their sexual experience with Kelly but they aren't viewing themselves as victims. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ that women have called to detail their sexcapades with Kelly while some men have called to tell the hotline operators about women they know that slept with Kelly.
