Previously, it was reported that Soulja Boy was arrested for violating probation after police reportedly found ammunition in his home after raiding his place. Now, reports surfaced noting a judge has sentenced the rapper to 240 days in jail.
The judge reportedly said they considered giving Soulja Boy two years in prison, but decided to take it easy on him. The rapper will be credited for 40 days served and will be doing 265 days of community service along with 240-day jail stint.

According to TMZ, Soulja Boy was arrested for violating his probation after police found ammunition at his home during a search of his home in February. Police were at Soulja Boy's home after his girlfriend claimed that the rapper tied her up and held her captive in his garage.
The judge also said that Soulja Boy failed to do his court-ordered community service and tried to falsify evidence that it was completed. Soulja Boy has been on probation for a 2014 weapons case.
He is being held without bail until his April 30 court date.
