The historic Webster Hall venue in New York City reopened with a bang as JAY-Z performed his "B-side" records for a small, intimate audience. During his set, Hov had special guests, including Nas, Jim Jones, and Cam'ron. He also pulled out a new freestyle where he imparted some knowledge on those in attendance regarding the process of gentrification. Jay rapped:

"Gentrify your own hood before these people do it.
Claim eminent domain and have your people move in.
That's a small glimpse into what Nipsey was doing.
For anybody still confused as to what he was doing."
