Jupiter Police arrested 58-year-old Shen Mingbi, the spa worker who is accused of performing a sex act on Patriots owner Robert Kraft in January, on Tuesday (April 23).
The encounter between Mingbi and Kraft was caught on surveillance cameras, and she was formally charged with 1 count of deriving support from prostitution and 8 counts of offering to commit prostitution. A judge ruled that she will be released on $5,000 bond if she surrenders her passport and agrees to not work in the spa/massage industry.
A judge also ruled on the release of the surveillance footage of Kraft on Tuesday, and decided to temporarily seal it until either a jury is seated, a plea agreement is reached or the state drops the case.
