Update 04/23/2019 2:42pm:

According to reports, alleged surveillance footage that was captured showing Robert Kraft engaging in sexual acts with two masseuses at a Florida spa that was raided as part of a prostitution and human trafficking ring has been an issue for Kraft and his team. Now, the alleged tape will not be released until after the case is over.

Kraft and his team have been going hard to make sure that the alleged footage does not reach the masses, as he and his team feel the footage will stop Kraft from getting a fair trial. Previously, Kraft pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of first-degree solicitation.

A protective order was reportedly placed on the tape by the judge looking over the case.

After much speculation, prosecutors say they will indeed release video evidence of Robert Kraft paying for sex inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Florida. The pixelated videos will reportedly show the Patriots owner receiving sexual services for pay on two different occasions in January, as prosecutors state they must be released due to Florida’s open-records laws.

“Absent a Court order, the State will be releasing the requested public records once it has retrieved and reviewed the records,” prosecutors said in their filing Wednesday, adding that “the State, as custodian of the records, cannot delay the release of the records to allow a person to raise a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents."

As a rebuttal, Kraft's legal team reportedly filed an emergency motion to block the release, describing the intention as “an extraordinary and alarming development involving what appears to be gross prosecutorial misconduct.” Previously, they've argued against the release of the videos due to them being illegally shot, as well as their potential to taint a jury and prevent him from getting a fair trial.

Meanwhile, another man who was filmed at the spa while receiving a legitimate massage has also filed documents to block their release, claiming that he was illegally filmed and that the private footage could humiliate him.
