The fan's IG handle is @high.xanxiety, where the alleged Hungarian teenager can be seen with most if not all of Lil Xan's neck and face tattoos, transcending the term "Stan" by giving it a full new meaning.
Along with his girlfriend, @_lilparanoia_, the young couple describe themselves as members of the "xanarchy gang," while most of the feedback they've received is to slow down with the tattoos and to find their own identity.
