R. Kelly reportedly made $22,000 this month from a nightclub show he performed at. However, the singer only has $625 to his name according to reports. Previously, Kelly pled not guilty to 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault in February 2018. The singer was released after posting a $100,000 bail. Kelly has been struggling with finances since being arrested and charged, as he simultaneously had to deal with owing $160,000 in child support as well.

According to a report, R. Kelly’s bank account is in trouble after $150,000 was seized from his bank account by creditors.

Court documents noted that Wintrust Bank, where the singer has a bank account, informed the singer’s former landlord that Kelly currently has a negative $13 balance with the establishment. Kelly reportedly owed the landlord $173,000 and a total of $154,527.22 was withdrawn from two of the singer’s other bank accounts.

The landlord is now reportedly asking the judge to release $50,000 from Sony to square away the debt.
