According to The Blast, prosecutors in Young Thug's ongoing legal battle over criminal drug charges have decided to appeal the decision to suppress certain evidence. Court documents show prosecutors are going through with the appeal which was granted after suspicion was raised about the arresting officer. The appeal effectively halts the entire process whereby the case cannot move forward or be thrown out until the appeal is resolved. As a result, this case could still go to trial and Thugger could potentially face years in prison.
