Sheck Wes is reportedly off the hook when it comes to criminal charges in the alleged assault on Justine Skye. According to TMZ, LA County DA's office rejected Justine's claims due to a lack of evidence, specifically in reference to the alleged attack at the Montrose Hotel in Hollywood, CA. Justine Skye publicized the alleged incident back in February in a series of tweets and IG posts.
Justine's management team issued a statement on the case not moving forward:
"A judge in the Superior Court of California granted a restraining order against [Sheck] Wes that is still in effect and the correlating case is still pending. However, it is unfortunate that the Los Angeles District Attorney decided to not pursue any further action at this time but that is often the case with many victims of Domestic Violence which is why incidents like this go unreported much of the time."
