Back in 2016, Kodak Black caught a lot of backlash for saying, "I'm better than Tupac and Biggie. I say that so now you know where my head at," during his XXL Freshman cover. Kodak went on to release a mixtape titled Lil B.I.G. Pac, where he paid homage to Biggie's Ready to Die album with the cover artwork.

Now, Kodak is revisiting the conversation, which is sure to stir mixed feelings yet again. During an Instagram Live session this week, Kodak started out by stating, "I'm the hardest rapper in the game I promise. Like, when you talk 'bout me, you should put me in a category of like 'Pac, B.I.G, Nas, them n***s, you feel me? Like really listen to my s***. I don't care about how I act, like, on the 'gram."

In a follow-up, Kodak stated that he feels like he's better than both 2Pac and Biggie, adding, "I love what I rap about. Them n***as was just legends because they died."
