The stars were all out during NBA All-Star weekend, and sure enough, some of it's biggest stars traveled to and from Charlotte in style. Following the festivities that saw Jayson Tatum win the skills challenge, Hamidou Diallo win the dunk contest, and Team Lebron defeat Team Giannis after erasing a twenty point deficit, a few celebrities in attendance documented their travels while living their best life on a private jet.
In the footage posted to their social media accounts, a somewhat random collective that included Spike Lee, Fat Joe, and Michael Buffer can be seen enjoying each other's company through the turbulence in the sky, of which Joe described as similar to the "Thrilla in Manilla" or the "Rumble and the Jungle." Playing off those references, Buffer then recited his famous slogan of "Are You Ready to Rumble," while the three men appeared to be having the time of their lives.
Although it's only speculation, the jet was likely provided by Al Palagonia, the famous jet broker who's a dear friend of Spike Lee, having acted in many of his films including He Got Game, 25th Hour, and Inside Man. Interestingly enough, Palagonia is also credited as the one who hooked Spike Lee up with his first set of courtside tickets to his beloved New York Knicks.
