It looks like R. Kelly may be facing more legal trouble as a secret grand jury was convened after a tape of the singer engaging in a sexual act with a minor surfaced.
According to a report from The Blast, the secret jury was convened by the Cook County State Attorney’s Office. This came after a tape that allegedly shows the singer engaged in sexual acts with a girl who claims to be 14-years old surfaced.
CNN reportedly saw the alleged tape and verified the content on it as well. The convened jury has the power to indict R. Kelly as well as initiate a criminal trial against the Chicago singer.
