Previously, Jussie Smollett issued a statement to Essence where he addressed all rumors surrounding the attack that took place against him by MAGA supporters. Now, he has taken to the stage to address the situation even further.
While on stage in front of a packed crowd, Smollett said he went to the doctor immediately after the attack and was not hospitalized. He noted that his doctors in Los Angeles and Chicago cleared him to perform and made it clear that he did one thing for sure. Smollett said, “and above all, I fought the f**k back.”
