As a response to an alleged threat made by Tekashi 6ix9ine's baby mama, Sara, DJ Akademiks addressed the subliminal directly while claiming to expose her. Taking to his live stream, Akademiks was clearly baffled and offended by a since-deleted post from Sara that read "money don't stop n***** getting clapped... food for thought," which led the Everyday Struggle host to openly question how she could be at liberty to say that.
"You just got subpoenaed by the police not too long I'm not sure why you'd ever be online talking about people getting clapped," Akademiks said multiple times to the camera, explaining that when police ran up in Tekashi's home she was questioned and then subsequently disappeared from social media.
"She went missing for a month after talking to the feds," Akademiks says with conviction, "How are you at liberty to post some s*** like that after the feds just talked to you?" n***** is getting clapped? what are we talking about? I need some clarification baby girl."
Akademiks then gave Sara some advice in regards to her cryptic message, saying that police aren't stupid and that they investigate those types of threats, adding that she shouldn't "be doing what got your baby daddy sent to jail."
Later on, Akademiks also infers that he has inside information that suggests that Sara slept with a close friend of Tekashi, with the most prevailing thought being that she was involved with his former manager, Shotti.
"July 12th let's get straight to it," Akademiks said with a point of emphasis on the date, "I heard straight up you f***** one of your n***** mans so let's talk about it," before adding that there might be wiretaps to confirm it.
