Recently, a video surfaced of NYPD in what appears to be a stand-off in the middle of the street with a naked man on top of a moving truck.
Police had the street blocked off from multiple ways with pedestrians standing there in awe at the scenario. A man recording the scenario pointed out the man on top of the truck was naked and walked closer to the scene to capture the moment. According to reports, the man screamed at officers, stripped naked, then ended up jumping off the truck and attempted to run away. He was caught by the cops not too long after.
