A simple selfie that Ginuwine posted to his Instagram page got a lot of attention, as a lot of people accused the famed singer of wearing a fake beard in the photo. Followers pointed out that the beard Ginuwine was rocking in the photo looked a lot thicker than his usual stubble.
Drake was involved a similar controversy in 2018 after he posted a photo on Instagram from a music video set, which showed him sporting a full beard that looked like it was peeling off. However, it was later determined that a logo on a man's shirt standing behind Drake gave off an optical illusion with his facial hair.
