According to TMZ, Usher has officially filed for divorce from his estranged wife, Grace Miguel. The two initially announced their split in March following several allegations that the singer spread herpes.
Usher filed the documents on Friday (December 28) and revealed that he and Grace have reached a confidential settlement agreement. Now, they just need a judge to sign off on the paperwork.
They released a joint statement, which reads, "After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives."
