Freeway Ricky spoke to VladTV about rules between Mexican and black gangs and how the biggest difference in the two are the absolute rules with the Mexican gangs. He explained that Mexican gangs members can't share a cell with black people, and they have to get put in the hole until a cell opens up with another Mexican person.
