It appears as if swindlers disguised as managers have become a new norm within the music industry, particularly in hip-hop where Tekashi 6ix9ine most notably accused Shottie aka Kifano Jordan of stealing millions without the rapper's knowledge.

Now Busta Rhymes has gone public with his own story of shady management, accusing Rasheem "Bubba" Barker for embezzling anywhere from $300-400K of money owed to promoters for Busta Rhymes' appearances.

In the Instagram post, Busta wrote: "TO ALL BOOKING AGENTS, PROMOTERS & ANYONE INQUIRING ABOUT BUSTA RHYMES, CONGLOMERATE OR FLIPMODE BUSINESS!! DO NOT SPEAK TO RASHEEM “BUBBA” BARKER ABOUT ANYTHING CONCERNING MY BUSINESSES!! HE IS RUNNING AND HIDING AS A RESULT OF BEING CAUGHT STEALING BETWEEN 300 AND 400K OF DIFFERENT PROMOTERS MONEY AND IS CURRENTLY BEING DEALT WITH LEGALLY BY ALL OF THE PROMOTERS HE STOLE FROM!!!"

It should be noted that earlier this year, Busta was sued alongside Rasheem Barker for bailing on a scheduled performance, in which the artist was accused of lying about a conflicting court date to provide a reason for his absence. Later it was revealed that Busta promoted another concert in Arizona when he was supposedly in court.
