Recently, video footage and photos of Tekashi 6ix9ine at various places where crimes were being committed surfaced. Despite the photos, the rapper’s lawyer Lance Lazzaro says he is not taking a plea deal.
Lazzaro said, “A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one.” The lawyer also noted his team and Tekashi are prepared to head to trial to prove the rapper’s innocence. Despite prosecutors submitting photos and videos of Treyway crew members to a judge, none of the evidence submitted shows Tekashi holding a gun or pulling the trigger on any weapon.
Lance Lazzaro said Tekashi “was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged.” Lazzaro also said Tekashi is not looking to cooperate with prosecutors at all.
