The former booking agency for Tekashi 6ix9ine has called out the rapper for allegedly lying about being cheated out of money by them.

Tekashi 6ix9ine recently went on The Breakfast Club and said that MTA Booking reportedly stole a bunch of cash from a $3.6 million deal. As a result, the rapper claims he only received a couple hundred thousand dollars.

Now a rep from MTA Booking has gone to TMZ to give their side of the story, saying they booked nine shows for the rapper in the US and two appearances in Mexico. As a result, he was sent a $700,000 deposit for those shows. Along with that, MTA also reportedly booked five shows for the rapper in Germany and gave him $160,000 as a deposit.

Since then, Tekashi’s lawyer has responded, saying “We have asked [MTA] to show us any contracts with Tekashi69's signature showing they were acting as an agent to book performances on his behalf and they haven't provided us with any to date ... Their cooperation has been very limited. I would take anything MTA says with a grain of salt.”
