Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant have quite the history. The two teamed up in Los Angeles for what became a forgettable union of some of the league's marquee names (including Steve Nash). The intensity Kobe brought to practice and the game clashed with Dwight's more fun-loving demeanor. Not to mention their battle in the 2009 NBA Finals when Kobe's Lakers defeated Howard's Orlando Magic squad. But their history runs even deeper.

Back in 2004 when Dwight was just a rookie coming to the league as the first overall pick straight out of high school, he got his "welcome to the league" moment courtesy of Kobe Bryant. Dwight recently reflected on being the victim of what was one of Kobe's most savage posterizations.
