R. Kelly has been under scrutiny since news surfaced that he allegedly had a sex cult at his mansion. Since then, the artist has continued to tour and be met by screaming fans. Now, a video of him at a recent concert has surfaced and finds him telling fans to wipe him and down and also touch on his private areas as well.
