Last week, Tekashi 6ix9ine caught a huge break in his child sex case, where he was given 4 years probation with credit for one year. Court documents detail Tekashi's interaction with the 13-year-old girl in the case.
A detective on the case described a video of the girl's interaction with Tekashi and his friend, Taquan Anderson, which was released in public court documents. The detective states, "On the first video, the child engages in oral sexual intercourse with the separately charged defendant Taquan Anderson, while the defendant, Daniel Hernandez, stands behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on her buttocks. The child is nude in the video."
The documents also show that Tekashi also admitted to being the person in the video. He stated, "THAT IS ME ON ALL THE VIDEOS. THIS HAPPENED IN HARLEM ON THE NIGHT OF FEBRUARY 21, 2015 GOING INTO THE MORNING OF FEBRUARY 22, 2015. I WAS TAGGED ON INSTAGRAM AND THEN I REPOSTED THE VIDEOS USING THE REPOST WHIZ APP. MY INSTAGRAM NAME IS TEKASHIIII69."
