Prosecutors are fighting for a heavy prison sentence in Tekashi 6ix9ine's criminal case after his guilty plea of using a child in a sexual performance.

According to The Blast, Manhattan Assistant D.A. Sara Weiss wrote Judge Mennin a letter where she said Tekashi "Failed to mature into the law-abiding adult anticipated by the plea agreement which he signed on October 20, 2015." Weiss backed up her claims by saying that Tekashi has continued to rep the 9 Trey Bloods and incite violence by trolling online.

The D.A. pointed out shooting incidents that Tekashi was linked to, including an incident with Casanova 2X at the Barclays Center and another incident where Chief Keef was shot at in Manhattan.

The sentencing for the case will take place on Friday (October 26).
