The surprise tenth studio album from the Detroit legend Eminem stirred up its share of soundbites, controversies, and lyrical skirmishes. For all the attention that the album received, it's no surprise that Kamikaze was announced as being RIAA Certified platinum.
Kamikaze served as a do-over of sorts for his output with Revival which didn't blow over well with fans, peers, and critics alike. The news was announced earlier today by Chart Data who tweeted out that the album was eligible for platinum status in the United States.
