In a video that surfaced recently, a Florida police officer at the Coral Springs mall arrested and punched on a young girl while she was pinned down to the ground by other officers with her hands under her belly.
The girl who was hit in the video allegedly cursed at officers after they arrested another teen on the scene. Police went on to defend the actions displayed in the video, saying the 14-year-old girl became unruly after being arrested, kicking an officer in the process.
