According to multiple reports, actor Verne Troyer's death has been ruled a suicide from alcohol abuse. The autopsy indicated that Troyer died on April 21 from the effects of alcohol consumption. Troyer spent the final three weeks of his life hospitalized for alcohol intoxication and openly expressed his battles with alcohol in the past.

Actor Verne Troyer, best known for playing "Mini Me" in the Austin Powers series, has passed away at the age of 49.
According to his family, Verne was taken to the hospital last month and was placed on life support. Troyer had achondroplasia dwarfism, a genetic disorder which caused him to be 2'8 and weigh 35 pounds.
