Donald Glover showed up to the Emmys on Monday night not looking like his normal self. The comedian/actor/rapper broke out the "Teddy Perkins" attire for a moment at the Emmys. Teddy Perkins is considered a creepy rich white character from the show's second season who attempted to trap Darius [LaKeith Stanfield] in his mansion.
Glover was up for "Lead Actor in a Comedy Series" but lost to Bill Hader. When Hader got up after having his name called, he was seen hugging "Teddy" who stirred up much conversation at the ceremony and on social media.
Not too long after Hader took home the award, Glover was seen back to normal draped in a custom Gucci suit.
