Young Dolph made waves on social media after he announced that he was rejecting a record label deal worth $22 million. However, it appears Dolph has found a deal more suitable for him after he went public about his new partnership deal with Empire Records. The deal is reportedly worth 8 figures over the contract's lifetime. He told Billboard:

"The deals I was being offered, I can’t lie, they were good. Not only is this still a multi-million dollar deal, but I can keep my masters and get a bigger percentage," he said. "This is a big deal because it’s linking the biggest independent artist and label with the biggest distribution company."

Young Dolph just took to IG to make an announcement about a massive record deal. The only thing is, Dolph didn't accept the offer. He let his followers know that he's been in negotiations regarding the deal for about six months but ultimately declined the deal and did it on the 'gram no-less. He uploaded a video explaining his dilemma and final decision while captioning the clip: "This rap game has never seen not 1 person like me.. On God......🤷🏾‍♂️
