Funkmaster Flex debuted a Nicki Minaj collaboration with Nas that didn't make it onto Nicki's 'Queen' Album. The song is a remake of the Tracy Chapman track "Baby Can I Hold You". The song was then remade by Reggae singer Foxy Brown (not the rapper). Nicki took to social media recently and stated that her album was going to be pushed back because of sample clearance issues from Chapman. Since this song is not being officially released, we can deduce that the song was ultimately not cleared.
Nas and Nicki were allegedly in a relationship, which ended early this year.
