According to reports, the third suspect in the XXXTentacion murder case—Robert Allen, pleaded not guilty to the murder of the Florida rapper.

Court documents that surfaced noted Allen entered the plea deal this past Tuesday (July 31). This comes only one week after Allen was arrested and with robbery, first-degree murder, and drug possession charges.

In total, there are four suspects, and one of the suspects—Trayvon Newsome is still at large. The other two suspects Michael Boatwright and Dedrick Williams entered not guilty pleas as well. Reports noted Boatwright had been ordered to get medically examined to see if he can stand trial.
