The lawyer for XXXTentacion murder suspect Robert Allen has filed documents to drop him as a client, citing a conflict of interest. Allen is facing charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm in the case, where he's being accused of being the driver of the getaway car.

The office of the public defender that was chosen to represent Allen cited in the documents that they are already representing another suspect, Dedrick Williams, who has already been in discussions with them about the case. A hearing is scheduled for August 1 to determine an outcome in the matter.
