Previously, news surfaced of another suspect in the XXXTentacion murder being arrested. Now, the suspect and his legal team are demanding that evidence be put forward in the case against him.
Court documents revealed that the suspect—Michael Boatwright, has asked that prosecutors hand over a list of all witnesses that are set to testify against him to his legal team. Boatwright and his team reportedly are looking for witness statements that can establish that he is innocent, along with any info that could take him out of the line-up as the shooter.
Along with that, the suspect is also asking that cell phone records and wiretaps turned over too. So far, the police are still on the hunt for a second gunman in the incident.
