A video of two Georgia cops laughing at a suspect while using a coin flip app to determine if they should arrest a driver for speeding has gone viral. Because of the video, both officers were suspended.
TMZ reported that a driver named Sarah Webb was pulled over by Roswell PD for doing 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone while it was raining. The two officers—Kristee Wilson and Courtney Brown were going back and forth on if they should give the driver a ticket for reckless driving, which led them to do a coin flip.
The flip did not go in favor of Webb, who ended up being arrested. Webb was not aware of the coin flip until it was unearthed by local news outlet WXIA. Because of that, the cops were placed on administrative leave while they are being investigated by Internal Affairs. Along with that, the charges against Webb were dropped.
